A toddler died in hospital this morning, after a fall while in a St Anne’s unit.
The boy’s parents were taken to the hospital after the fall.

We are providing support to the parents, who have been contacted by paramedics.”
We are conducting an independent investigation into this matter.
“The child is currently being assessed at St Anne and our thoughts are with his parents.”
