Two people have been killed and a woman wounded after a shooting at a Northern Westbury hospital.

A security guard at the facility was wounded by a shot fired during a lockdown on Friday morning.

A hospital spokeswoman said that the injured guard was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The shooting happened at the Northern Westcott Hospital on the Upper Westchester Turnpike, which is adjacent to the Westchester Medical Center.

Police are looking for three suspects.

The first suspect is described as a white male wearing a blue hoodie, a red cap, and red jeans.

The second suspect is a white female wearing a dark colored coat and blue jeans.

The third suspect is also described as white.
