A shooter has been arrested after he opened fire at a hospital in Northern California.

A spokesperson for the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department said Wednesday morning that the shooting occurred shortly before 9 a.m.

Wednesday at St. Peter Hospital and Aventuron Hospital.

He did not provide any details.

No one was injured in the incident, the sheriff’s department said.

Aerial video from the hospital shows bullet holes in the hospital’s front and back walls, and multiple ambulances and other vehicles on the ground.

Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Hirschbeck told The Associated Press that the hospital was not hit in the shooting, and it’s unclear how many shots were fired.

Hirschbeck said that it appeared the shooting was random, but it was still unclear how the shooter obtained a weapon.

The Riverside County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday it was reviewing the incident.ABC News’ Andrew Nelles contributed to this report.
